Popped in this afternoon to grab new shoes for work. Sophie did an excellent job matching me up with my perfect pair of shoes. Her patience and responsiveness to my questions was amazing. 11 out of 10 service.

Josef is the most knowledgeable, kind and friendly customer service worker that I have ever dealt with. His level of knowledge, attention to detail, deep listening, and absolute passion for this sector and space is just so apparent.
