Great service at The Athlete’s Foot. Josef helped me with a shoe exchange and made the whole process simple and stress free. He listened to my concerns, explained the differences between models clearly, and handled everything in a professional way. He did not judge or question the exchange, and he told me to come back if there are still any issues. I have not come across anyone this knowledgeable in any shoe store before. I really appreciated his approach and would highly recommend this store.
My husband and I went in Mt Ommaney yesterday and a lovely gentleman by the name of Josef served us, what a credit to the Company Josef is. His knowledge and customer service was beyond incredible. Thank you Josef
I visited this store to get advice for changing my current shoes to something with good arch support and good for long standing job, but the young male staff was very dismissive from the beginning offering no help. I had to request for a feet scan which he found very funny . I couldn’t wait to get out of there . Went to Indoorapilly athletes foot and got the help and guidance and the right shoes I neede. Never going back to Mt Ommaney athlete’s foot . If you are not good at customer service pls go and find some other job.
I have alot of injuries and really needed some help with shoes. I felt a bit hesitant when a young guy came upto us as I needed someone with alot of knowledge. I was so WRONG. Jonny was so great at his job he had us both walking out in a pair of Brooks feeling like clouds!
