Thank you Raphael for helping me today with 3D fitting of Runners, I love my new ASICS. It's the first time I've bought good ones, and I couldn't believe how wonderful they feel. Of course no running for me just gentle short walks.
I would like to personally thank Fortuna for her expert advice and exceptional customer service. I arrived at the store in pain (on crutches) and left with a pair of comfortable shoes specifically recommended to support my injury recovery while providing excellent comfort. I truly appreciated the time and care she took to help me find the right fit. Thank you very much.
I got my shoe size wrong and the refund takes lot of time
I wanna give a massive shout-out to Shaine at the Mirrabooka store. Not only was she super helpful and informative, she was able to assist me and others in a fairly busy store all on her own during the middle of the day. She's a huge credit to your brand and helped me with an amazing purchase of a pair of Asics that give me the support I need.
They do not know the back end or front endof this industry, orders are never on time and would recommend seeking a another more competent foot specialist
