Not only was she super helpful and informative, she was able to assist me and others in a fairly busy store all on her own during the middle of the day. She's a huge credit to your brand and helped me with an amazing purchase of a pair of Asics that give me the support I need.
They do not know the back end or front endof this industry, orders are never on time and would recommend seeking a another more competent foot specialist
Shopping there last Friday for a pair of joggers and was served by a young man with a badge that said "TRAINEE." In hindsight, the badge should have said "TRAINEE LEGEND." Great service, great product knowledge, and a great attitude! Even the "up-sell" with the inserts was professional. Well done, Rafael!!!
