In this economy and with this many businesses closing their doors one would think that customer service would be an absolute priority not to mention ‘adding value’ wherever and whenever possible so, ti be invited to pay an extra 50c after to have the shoes and inner soles i just paid $339.00 for is an absolute insult to the above mentioned. If nothing else, the athletes foot would have paid 50c for advertising as i visited numerous other outlets and locations directly after. I waited for over 10 minutes to be not be served and was prepared to buy a pair of shoes close to $300, I just needed to try them on. Then someone jumped in line in front of me when he was Only there for 5 minutes. Never again, just lost a customer who was willing to spend a lot of money. The sales rep acknowledged me being there before the other customer too but still decided to help him before me.
