I had a great experience here buying some running shoes. The young assistant, I think her name was Amber, helped me select the correct shoe to suit my foot and running requirements. Although the store did not have the correct size in stock I was able to order the shoe online.
On Saturday went in to see the team as recommended by my podiatrist to get quality walking shoes. Was met by a warm welcome from young Amelia who heard me out and walked me through how my visit would pan out. We started out with the assessment of the dimensions of my feet and my walking motion. If arrogance is their sales technique they are doing incredibly well. Rude, uncaring staff. When I commented that the price had DOUBLED the reply was "yeah inflation is a thing hey". I recommend all staff could do with either customer service training, or simply moving them along for kind people who actually care.
