Great service, great price for shoes. It was super busy on the ANZAC day Monday public holiday and the store was swarming with family groups looking at shoes and the staff were very busy. Even so Pravaneeswaran gave us great service with a happy, helpful attitude.
Sanjana was really helpful and patient when we visited yesterday. She help with finding the right shoe size and some inserts to make them more comfortable.
Great service today with trying many different sizes to find the best fit for my problem feet. They had all the sizes in stock as well. Gabby was super helpful and patient 👌
I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with Sanjana at The Athletes Foot in Midland Gate, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Whenever I asked a simple question, her responses felt short and dismissive, as if I was inconveniencing her just by being there. I remained calm, respectful, and kind the entire time, but her attitude made the interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. Ben at Athlete’s Foot was amazing. He was so knowledgeable and clearly really experienced — he took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made sure the fit was perfect. The whole experience felt relaxed and personal rather than rushed. He’s also incredibly friendly… and I have to say… it certainly doesn’t hurt that he’s also very easy on the eyes! 😄 Handsome, helpful, and clearly an expert at what he does — what more could you ask for?
