Having worn my hiking boots 24/7 I was unaware how it was weakening my ankles and feet -due to the lack of flexibility …so when trying on runners I was feeling pretty unbalanced…… as they were so soft …. Oh well I’m old ! I thought …. But days later, realising what was happening -as good as their word I was graciously refunded and advised about other models!- even encouraged to visit store before buying on line as sneaker / runner world is totally different !! .. ask for Sam! Great service, great price for shoes. It was super busy on the ANZAC day Monday public holiday and the store was swarming with family groups looking at shoes and the staff were very busy. Even so Pravaneeswaran gave us great service with a happy, helpful attitude.
Sanjana was really helpful and patient when we visited yesterday. She help with finding the right shoe size and some inserts to make them more comfortable.
