The customer service is top notch. I came with feet pain and no ideas on shoes brand I'm about to purchase (suggested; not my usual) - and a young lady named Alyssa helped me with my 3D scan. She let me try several brands from my suggested list, change sizes, and trying soles. After we find the perfect fit, then I choose colours - try some more. It was almost closing time, yet she doesn't hurry me up - I'm the one feel guilty because the session took longer than I expected, lol. Thank you for your help and I'll come back soo... read more
