Went in there to look at a few different shoes, was in the store for a good ten minutes. Staff didn’t bother to help and were not busy elsewhere either. Didn’t want to spend more time in a store that taters potential customers this way so moved on elsewhere. Won’t be coming back here.
Really disappointed with the customer service at the Melbourne Central store :( I was originally recommended a pair of shoes based on the in-store foot scan, but after wearing them for a while they caused pain and didn’t fit properly (size was fine but not suitable for my feet). I went back on 26/5 to explain the situation, and both staff members seemed completely uninterested in helping. I was told there was nothing they could do and that the shoes couldn’t be exchanged.
