My partner and I went to this athletes foot where we were served by the most beautiful and most helpful Lily. Customer service was above and beyond, and she was able to choose the best workshoes for us. Our feet say thankyou!!!
Like going to this place, just to make sure I get shoes that are the correct fit for me, there technology for shoe fitting is getting better each time I go there, shoes pick out for me were excellent. Good prices & will price match as well in most cases
Was ignored in store initially with others served ahead of me . When finally served I was asked to take my shoes and socks off and stand on an electronic measuring machine that others before me had used ….. no cleaning or disinfectant in between others using this device, surely this is not hygienic?? Then once I was measured I was told by the young lady that I couldn’t even pick out my own shoes !! I asked again can I not pick out my own shoes and socks??? No other customer in the shop when l walked in but still took a few minutes before l was acknowledged. Was asked if l was interested in anything and l mentioned a couple of brands but was told there was nothing available in my size - fair enough. There was one brand l mentioned that was available in my size, but apart from giving me the shoe there was no effort made to help me find something else that might fit me.
