No other customer in the shop when l walked in but still took a few minutes before l was acknowledged. Was asked if l was interested in anything and l mentioned a couple of brands but was told there was nothing available in my size - fair enough. There was one brand l mentioned that was available in my size, but apart from giving me the shoe there was no effort made to help me find something else that might fit me. Noah helped me select a great pair of walking shoes, but unfortunately, they didn’t have my size in the ones I wanted. Noah went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right fit. Grace was also very welcoming and friendly, making the experience even more pleasant.
