Had a great experience with the Marion store today..my husband returned a pair of Asics as the toe had worn through within 5 months. Harnoniee was so helpful and replaced them with no issues at all! Great customer service! Thankyou!
Found the girl who served me to be professional and she was only training but did and excellent job.
The staff are great when they are selling you a product. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the same experience when we wanted to exchange shoes because they were faulty. The stitching of our ASICS shoe was coming undone after about a week of wear. When we asked to have the product exchanged, they didn’t have the same size in stock. Staff was willing to give a refund, but since we had bought the shoes when they had a deal going, it meant we would now have to pay extra for another pair. My son has worn these shoes for only one month, and the rubber has already started peeling off at the back on both shoes.
