On holiday my trusted shoes decided to finally give out and was causing many pains on my left foot. I came in here last minute and was very lucky to be served by a young woman who got me a new pair of Asics Kayanos? they weren't cheap but as they said you get what you pay for. I've worn these non stop and I htink these are my new go to shoe!
Disappointed with the quality and customer service I bought a pair of shoes from this store in November, and despite only a few months of normal wear, they’ve already broken. I expected much better quality for the price. When I returned to the store to have the issue looked at, the manager dismissed it as “wear and tear”. Went to buy a pair of Merrell Moab 3's on 17/7, was served by Tarvish ( I think that's his name) guy is 100% useless (claims he's been working there for 7 months) he told me he needed to go upstairs to the stockroom to get a size 9 for me, I was left waiting for at least 20-30 mins (probably hoping I got annoyed and left) only for him to return empty handed. Spent 10 minutes browsing the store. No hello, no acknowledgment. One staff member running around helping multiple customers while the others were preoccupied standing behind the counter talking about what they’ll be up to this weekend. Pathetic.
I have autism and was having a rough day with my stimming and the staff member who was helping me get the right fit was very patient and kind her name was Lainey. Once I was sure I could purchase those shoes I came back later and the staff member that helped me finalize my purchase was also very kind and he made Star Wars ( I like Star Wars) references his name was Deason
