Appalling after-sales service. I returned to the Marion store to raise a fault with a pair of HOKA runners and was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses from a staff member who clearly lacked the knowledge or authority to handle the issue properly. Went in today for some new work shoes. Fantastic service from Chelsea. Also witnessed some amazing customer service from the young team working today! Well done!
I went in just now and was assisted by Hunter to find a new pair of work shoes as I’m on my feet all the time. He went above and beyond looking after what I needed for my feet and I left with a really great pair of shoes and having had the best customer experience I have had! I’ll be making this my regular shop for work shoes from now on! AMAZING work Hunter, keep it up!
DO NOT ORDER CLICK AND COLLECT FROM THIS STORE. Absolutely disgusting interaction today Feb 21st 2026 with the “assistant manager” Hunter who refused to give me my click and collect order even though I received my confirmation order email 15 days ago saying it was ready for collection. According to the email I received, I have 21 days to collect my click and collect order. Had a great experience with the Marion store today..my husband returned a pair of Asics as the toe had worn through within 5 months. Harnoniee was so helpful and replaced them with no issues at all! Great customer service! Thankyou!
