Having not been to The Athlete's Foot for some time I was pleased to be served by well trained and knowledgeable staff I was very dissapointed to find that staff are still aggressively upselling. Wasn't asked if I want to try innersoles for "more cushioning" Before the shoes had even got to me the original innersoles are taken out and The Athlete's Foot branded innersoles are put in at $40 a pop then there's the push on the socks some super supportive numbers that you need to wear everyday $30 a pair you'll need multiple pai... read more
Could not have had a better experience. I had a weird issue with an online purchase delivering a completely wrong colour than what I ordered. The team at Marion were so happy to help and able to swap the shoes over for a better colour for my work. Easiest solve of a purchase issue I think I've ever had!
Appalling after-sales service. I returned to the Marion store to raise a fault with a pair of HOKA runners and was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses from a staff member who clearly lacked the knowledge or authority to handle the issue properly.
