I searched all of highpoint shopping centre for elastic laces and finally found them at The Athletes Foot. Lexy was extremely helpful and not only installed the laces for me but also gave me some recommendations on how to look after my shoes and get the most out of them. Top notch customer service and knowledge. Thank you so much.
Back to school is a busy time and would highly recommend a ticketing system. It’s hard to try and get staff’s attention.
Went in and had my feet sized up to make sure I get the correct pair of shoes. It only took months before the insides started wearing away. Unfortunately I was only able to come back in-store with the shoes in around 6 months since purchase. Intially they said they can't help because it may have been from user error or the insoles which I showed them was purchased from the same store on the same day and was recommended by them, I asked to speak to the manager they said it's been too long since purchase and they can't help
