Excellent product knowledge carefully steered me away from inappropriate shoes gave me lots of shoes to compare with well done
I went to visit the shop on Friday evening. The staff member was very helpful and had a good knowldge about their products. I purchased an insole and shoe laces. It was reassuring when I was told that I can come back if I have any problems, but I dont think I would. I think it was very good value and so far Im very happy with my insole. Definitely will come back again the future if I need anything else.
One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had both in-store and via their head office. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Rebel.

I tried to return an online delivery to this store. The manager refused the return saying that the shoes had been worn. I had not worn the shoes at all. I thought there was going to be an issue when the manager watched me walk in with the shoes and rolled his eyes as I walked up to the counter. It seems that there are a number of bad reviews about this store. A pity that a good chain of stores can be trashed by one store.
