Went to the shop today to browse around for a pair of Hokas. Emma provided amazing customer service, taking all my questions patiently with her in-depth knowledge of podiatry, scanning my feet and giving me recommendations on a suitable pair of shoes for my flat feet. Never once placing me under any pressure to buy. What a great shopping experience at Athletes Foot Liverpool!

I find it hard to come across someone with good customer service let alone outstanding customer service. Emma was absolutely professional, i went in with podiatrist and ChatGPT feedback so i know what i am getting instead i felt so well informed about the shoes i tried on, i wasn’t forgotten, brushed of or ignored. I'm a regular customer and made a big shopping last December (6 pairs), at the Liverpool Westfield branch. The sales person, after doing the routine measurement scan, gave a smaller size to my daughter than the recommended size. My daughter though is nonverbal autistic, couldn't tell us due to that until we recently discovered the difference in size with her other pair of shoes, We went back to the store to explain.
