One of best customer service experience, i had. I really admire the lady at front for her service.
I have been served by a lovely young lady by the name of Emma twice now in the last couple of weeks, and just want to give her the highest of praise. Her customer service and patience is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help the customer get what they want. I was after a pair of Archie slides and no one seemed to have my size. The store had just received an order in so she went out the back bought out the box, scanned them in and found the size I was after. I am one very happy customer.
Emma is such a treasure of the business with her enthusiasm and knowledge. Been here several times already and it's always been nothing but good experience with Emma.
I Bought a brooks shoes last week and I was helped by Emma and Bianca, both were extremely polite, helpful, patient and had great communication skills. They took their time and answered all my queries with great patience, it is difficult to find such nice service in retail these days so I was happily surprised by the experience 🙂
Very poor service!!!! Wanted to try 2 pairs of shoes but the wait times was just simply ridiculous!!! I understand you're busy but customers have their own hands and feet to try it on themselves, you don't have to literally sit down and put it on for them!!! Waited a good 10 minutes to be served and despite that the shoes I requested to try still didn't turn up. What a waste of time!!!
