Came in over the weekend first thing to return some shoes I purchased online to a busy store being taken care of by Sarah alone. She did a wonderful job of somehow serving us all at once and didn't make me feel bad for trying on several shoes despite being run off her feet. She was so lovely my mum ended up getting fitted as well and purchased a pair she wasn't planning on. Another customer even brought her back a coffee with how great she was and busy. The young lady that served me was fabulous. She explained the process of fitting shoes correctly and about the machine used. I am very happy with the process as it was quick and easy. I came away with shoes that fit correctly and are comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend anyone in need of new running/walking or school shoes this is the store for best advise, best fit and best service. Thank you Athlete's Foot for another fabulous pair of walking shoes
Great service! 4:30 in the afternoon and a tricky fitting with orthotics wasn't a problem. A great result and a great experience.
I have bought a number of pairs of trainers, runners and other footwear from this store and I can say that the service in this particular store is unbelievably great and fantastic very friendly and always helpful sraff. However I am now going to test them with a specialist sporting shoe which will have to be a special order. I am sure they can do it and deliver once again the perfect fitting shoe.
Great service at Athletes Foot. The girl who helped me was very patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to properly measure my feet, listened to my concerns, and helped me find the right size I’ve been having foot issues, so her guidance really made a difference. Highly recommend this store because of the excellent customer service.
