Quite disappointed in the service. We walked in looking for some new walking shoes, 3 workers behind the counter, we looked around for 5 minutes and not one of them acknowledged us or asked if we needed any assistance. We were the only ones in the store.
I had been to several shops already and been ignored or dismissed. At Athletes foot Launceston I was immediately greeted and asked what I needed. I was given the best customer service and assistance and was very happy with my purchase.
