Went to athletes foot yesterday as I’m finally starting to do some walking and needed better shoes Had Domenic serve me and he went above and beyond to get me into the right shoes His knowledge about the products and what would suit me was excellent
I’ve been on the hunt for the right shoes for weeks. Initially I started looking in Rebel but finally ended up here and the difference in service was night and day. Sam was so lovely, attentive and knowledgeable. I’m so grateful and keen to get walking!
Great range but the staff aren’t capable of serving more than one customer at a time. I worked at Footlocker for 5 years when I was younger and could manage to help out multiple customers trying on shoes at the same time. Only two staff on the floor and neither bothered to acknowledge me while I stood there waiting to be served. I was ready to buy today, no expense spared. Wont be back.
