Friendly staff, great service
Because of old injuries I need orthotic shoes to suit my mismatched and somewhat non-standard feet. The young lady who served me was very helpful and knowledgeable about orthotic requirements, and her friendly manner made the process easy. Thank you.

Could get the size my wife needed google shopped other stores as fountain gate staff weren't helpful at all, Knoxfield had one pair in stock, confirmed with a more than helpful female staff member Lyn there and l told her l was on my way.Her attitude and customer service was terrific. Recently bought some Hoka Bondi 9s from the Knox store, a great shoe, unfortunately they didn't work out for me and my foot issues so returned them within the 30 days for some Brooks Ghost 17s. Very happy with the Brooks now, but more so with the very patient and helpful service from Harry and Jess during my numerous visits to the store .
