I went into the Knox City Athlete's Foot store today and there were no staff. I could hear giggling from the back area and eventually a staff member came out and asked if she could help me. I showed a picture of the shoes I was looking for on my phone. She disappeared out the back to check, came back and said no, check the computer and said no, online only and sorry about that. There were no alternative offered - to try it in a different colours, to have a pair sent to the store or ordered online for me. Sorry about that and... read more
