Could get the size my wife needed google shopped other stores as fountain gate staff weren't helpful at all, Knoxfield had one pair in stock, confirmed with a more than helpful female staff member Lyn there and l told her l was on my way.Her attitude and customer service was terrific. Thanks Lyn for the great service.
Recently bought some Hoka Bondi 9s from the Knox store, a great shoe, unfortunately they didn't work out for me and my foot issues so returned them within the 30 days for some Brooks Ghost 17s. Very happy with the Brooks now, but more so with the very patient and helpful service from Harry and Jess during my numerous visits to the store .
My son and I have bought his shoes from Atheletes foot knox for around 6 years and I thought it might be tine to leave a review. These guys are excellent at what they do! Friendly staff that are patient and don't mind chatting. They as so good in fact that we've taken for granted just how chilled, nice and professional they are. If you have any issues with shoe sizing or need professional advice on footware these guys are the best in the area.
Amazing service from Jordan today! Highly recommend and will be telling family and friends 🙌🏽
