The workers were very kind and approachable telling the best shoes when you scan your foot in the machine
Cannot begin to explain how great the service was this afternoon at the karingle store. Jack looked after us and he was so patient with my kids. He clearly new his stuff and was just super friendly. The store was really busy and Jack even stayed back past his clock off time to help us out! Hope he gets the props he deserves.
Kiani was so helpful in helping me get a really comfy pair of sneakers! She was thorough, friendly, and professional, and I really appreciate her amazing service. She is an asset to the team xx
Came in today to try on a few different shoes for support - Lily was so informative and helpful to find me a shoe as I wear in my heels a lot. I left with ASICS Kayanos and couldn’t be happier ! Thank you keep up the good work Lily
I visited the outlet today (15-Nov-2025) afternoon and the gentleman (sorry that I forgot the name) provided exceptional customer service. I didn't buy anything but he spent time and reviewed many shoes with me. He gave honest opinion how my walking is changing with different shoes. Excellent bloke and an asset!
