Visited the Athletes Foot today. Jack was quick to welcome me and provided excellent service and was extremely knowledgeable about shoes! Would highly recommend visiting Athletes Foot Karingal.
I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. I was waiting at the counter to collect my click-and-collect order when a staff member, Emily, approached with another customer and asked me to move aside—without any greeting or acknowledgment. After completing that transaction, she continued chatting with the customer about personal matters such as traffic and weekend plans, while completely ignoring my presence.
