Absolutely poor customer service at the Karingal store this afternoon!!! Walked out without even being approached, your loss I’ll spend my $300 at another store! Maybe find some customer service representatives that actually want to work not just catch up on their social life! If I could give a 0 for this store I would.
I purchased a pair of sneakers online which I decided to get a refund for under the 30 day change of mind policy. I returned them in person at this store and was very happy with the customer service I received. Emily was very helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. Thank you I did appreciate it and will continue to support this company in the future for these reasons.
I would like to say a big thank you to Lily at athlete foot karingal for her excellent care. She was very understanding, patient and professional.
I wish i can give 0 star. Very poor customer service the guy keep ignoring me and behaving like i should leave the store asap.
