I was served by Lily today and I am confident that this young lady knows her stuff. Unable to buy shoes today as my size not in stock. Offered to get in for me but as I don't live in the area, if they were not 100% it would be extra travel. Very good service. Thank you Lily

Staff very obviously only there for the money. Wasn't offered to be fitted, young sales lady simply grabbed the most expensive, top of the line shoe, & that was the limit of her service. Nothing else. Head office should be disgusted with the attitude & apathy of their staff. Would never recommend.
I recently attended Karingal and purchased a pair of shoes for walking and tried on another pair for running. I was served by Craig. He was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. He was willing to discuss my specific needs and chat about running in general. It was a good experience.
Came in this morning looking for some wider foot shoes, I’m Competing in a Body Building competition in 3 weeks and have very sore feet, blisters and painful to walk. MASSIVE shout out to Ashley, not only did she take her time, she scanned my foot, showed me a few different shoes and explained each. Recommended some amazing socks and couldn’t be happier.
