Went in knowing i needed a decent pair of shoes for work, stood there for longer than 5 minutes waiting to be served when another lot of people got served before me so I told them not to worry about it and left feeling invisible and took my money elsewhere, I guess that what happens when a bunch of teenagers are running the store unfortunately
When I returned some runners that I had purchased a few weeks ago ,I was told they were slip resistant by one of the staff as I found out later in the day they weren't, I had a lovely caring considerate young man find me the perfect runners to replace them Hoka Runners, slip resistant, wide comfortable,the perfect fit!I can't remember his name but I have been back to thank him for his excellent customer service, I hope he reads this and I hope that Athletes foot appreciate his hard work and his caring attitude to this custom... read more
Had a great experience at Athlete’s Foot Ipswich. I was served by Cooper who provided great service. We did the 3D modelling and we tried on a few different walking shoes. Provided friendly customer service, his assistance helped me choose the best shoes for me.

I was professionally fitted by Adam who was personable, very thorough and went above and beyond to ensure I received the best shoe possible for the support I needed. He also laughed at my jokes, that always helps. Thanks Adam.
