I was in the Indooroopilly store tonight and I was the only customer at the time. I was greeted and helped straight away but then my experience went down hill. I tried on 3 pairs of shoes and told the girl which pair I liked, I was putting back on my own shoes and she had disappeared out the back and did not return. I was ready to buy the shoes but will not be going back.
this is a constructive review and no hate at all. went to the store around 3/4 pm and wanted to buy an on cloud shoe but did not end up buying it cuz they did not have my size. however, that wasn’t the problem. i just think that some of the staff need to improve their customer service skill cuz today i went in and asked for a recommendation but instead got an answer like “i don’t know what to recommend you” just because i told her i didn’t like the “bumpy” shape of a running shoe and wanted to find something better. besides ... read more
