Waiting for 10 mins not attended we told them what we wanted . Staff is just helpless
Went in with a positive attitude, but the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No staff available when I entered (not a problem). When I finally got help and asked to try on shoes, the employee threw the box on the floor… it only had one shoe inside. She then grabbed the missing one from the display and tossed it back in the box on the floor, and walked away without a word. I asked if it was the display pair and got no response. Extremely rude and unprofessional. First time in this store and definitely the last.
Learn how to service people correctly! Waited almost 10 mins at the register to buy 2 pairs of shoes for nobody to come up to serve me and when someone did they served a customer they were speaking to that was sitting trying on shoes. Wasting my time, when I want to buy something.
