Exceptional customer service
I walked to the front counter where the staff member was glued to the computer, no acknowledgment, was completely ignored and they walked off to serve the other customer. I understand they were busy but a “hi I’ll be with you in a moment” would have been nice instead of being ignored? After M***** served the customer she finally attended me, however only to bump into a friend and then serve them first. She disappeared to the back room after telling the friend ‘I’ll see if I can get you a discount”, and completely left me in ... read more
