We saw Jacob when we went there today, and he was so helpful and patient with us trying on 6 pairs of shoes for men’s and women’s. He did his job so well and professionally, and we ended up with a pair that made us really happy. Highly recommend going there and speaking to him for your enquiries!

Waiting for 10 mins not attended we told them what we wanted . Staff is just helpless
Went in with a positive attitude, but the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. No staff available when I entered (not a problem). When I finally got help and asked to try on shoes, the employee threw the box on the floor… it only had one shoe inside. She then grabbed the missing one from the display and tossed it back in the box on the floor, and walked away without a word. I asked if it was the display pair and got no response. Extremely rude and unprofessional. First time in this store and definitely the last.
