Went in with the intention of buying myself a pair of shoes for long distance running. Met with Chris and it was a lovely experience all around, extremely patient and answered questions that I had. I found that I had the improper size for my shoes and corrected it, and now I’m very comfortable when running, Thanks Chris!
After straining my ankle tendons, my doctor recommended I go get proper shoes for work. I came in and Chloe was a delight and so helpful. Even when there were IT challenges with the stride scanner, she managed to use the scan of my feet to determine a few good options that suited my work needs. She was patient, considerate and very informative. Chris was extremely kind and helpful in assisting me with finding shoes for placement. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what shoes to recommend straight away. He also took the time to find the correct fit for my feet, which made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing guidance with finding the right shoes!!
I had to return a pair of running shoes that had unfortunately fallen apart after only 2 months. Chris was the assistant store manager and was very understanding and immediately offered me an exchange. Very happy with my experience.
Went there for shoes for my sister for her work shoes and Sahana was giving us the best service , knowledgable/friendly and recomended to what my sisters needs were. Very professional highly recomend would come again :)
