Poor customer service when it comes to returns or issues with faulty shoes. So rude and refusal to follow their own warranty process… very frustrating and upsetting! Won’t be back
The best experience buying shoes I’ve had! Mikayla assisted me in buying shoes for a difficult pair of feet. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and took the time to explain the results of the foot scanner so I knew what I needed to look for. Very approachable and kind, buying shoes is usually tedious, however this became an enjoyable process. I left feeling like I’d walked away with the best value and product. I’ll be back!
