The customer service at Athletes Foot Gladstone is incredible. You are always greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Every staff member is dedicated to helping you find the best fit for your needs. Both the manager and assistant manager go above and beyond to assist every customer and really know a lot about the products they stock. Walking in to Athletes Foot Gladstone is a very positive experience even all the juniors seem happy to be at work. Truly an amazing team at the Gladstone store.

I bought a pair of $110 Asics school shoes for my son that did not even last 5 months as the velcro is coming off. I thought they should last longer than that so took them back. Asics rejected my claim under the warranty stating it is a normal part of wear and tear and Athlete's Foot stand by that. Safe to say I will not be going to either Athlete's Foot or buying Asics shoes again for any of my children's school schools, footy boots, soccer boots, running shoes ect.
Staff great very helpful. Their advice spot on.
