I just purchased new school shoes for my son, who is starting year 7 this year. We were attended to by Baylin at the Geelong Westfield store, who was a remarkably professional and personable young man. We’ll be looking for Baylin next time we need shoes - his manner is outstanding.
I am a regular buyer from the Atheltes foot in Market Square & have always been happy with the customer service there and team are helpful. They told me that the school shoes would be in-stock in the New Geelong Westfield store. When I went to this store had to wait some time before any of the staff would come and serve me.
