Forster store. Great experience, excellent service. Yesterday at 2.07pm, I purchased a pair of Brooks, but my size wasn't available in shop. They put it out for other stores to supply with an expected delivery of Tuesday. Imagine my surprise it was on my porch this morning, less than 24 hours later, great effort Tuggerah. Now that’s what I call service, a great shopping experience.
I ordered some walking shoes last week and was told they would call me in few days when they came in. This Tuesday I dropped in to see if they had arrived. Unlike the previous visit the response after following up with the warehouse was they had not been sent. The person was snarky and rude. I felt that the response I was given was offhand and dismissive. I was given a number to call to chase the shoes up which I feel they should have done. Not a great experience at all. The staff (both junior girl and older lady) seemed disinterested and clueless. They didn’t understand the type of shoe my podiatrist had recommended in writing, and when the older lady called her to clarify, said she was ‘vague’! They took my measurements, and then gave me the wrong size shoe because they didn’t have the right size, as if I wouldn’t notice. What’s the point of taking measurements I wonder. I had a fantastic experience getting new work shoes. Quinn's customer service was excellent and she was very knowledagable in offering me the perfect shoe for my situation. I highly recommend.
