I ordered some walking shoes last week and was told they would call me in few days when they came in. This Tuesday I dropped in to see if they had arrived. Unlike the previous visit the response after following up with the warehouse was they had not been sent. The person was snarky and rude. Not a great experience at all. The staff (both junior girl and older lady) seemed disinterested and clueless. They didn’t understand the type of shoe my podiatrist had recommended in writing, and when the older lady called her to clarify, said she was ‘vague’! They took my measurements, and then gave me the wrong size shoe because they didn’t have the right size, as if I wouldn’t notice. What’s the point of taking measurements I wonder. I had a fantastic experience getting new work shoes. Quinn's customer service was excellent and she was very knowledagable in offering me the perfect shoe for my situation. I highly recommend.
We bought my son some new school shoes and also new joggers here while we were in Forster on holidays. The lady who served us was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable, and we felt confident with her selections for my sons shoes. My son loves his new joggers but hasnt worn the school shoes yet as we are still on holidays.
