I took my mum (80year old, with dementia) for some new shoes. Jazz was great, super patient and made it a really positive experience.
I have some good experiences here in the past and been recommended the right (and well priced) shoe based on my biomechanics and previous injuries, but was disappointed on this visit that the assistant only recommended the most expensive runners. You can get this ‚service‘ At any shoe store
The team at Athlete's Foot are super helpful and friendly. A big shout out to Talon for going above and beyond expectations.
Don’t buy on line and expect the same service. Standing in front of the counter speaking to an assistant and get told to move by another assistant as she is busy with a “customer “ , don’t know what I am. Then after finding shoes and checking details, given the box and asked if I wanted a bag after she bagged another customer’s goods without asking them. Seriously !
