Just visited The Athlete's Foot in Epping to grab some new Hoka shoes, and I have to shout out Lahni for the outstanding customer service! She really took the time to understand what I needed, explained the different Hoka models, and made sure I walked out with the right pair. No pressure, just genuine helpfulness. It's rare to get such attentive service these days. Thanks Lahni. I'll definitely be back.
Came in to look for a new pair of walking shoes. Imtinan was so lovely and helpful. Did a foot assessment and let me know what shoes would be right for me. Greatly appreciate her service and knowledge.
Today I visited the store. The staff were really friendly and very professional, but unfortunately I couldn’t find the shoe I wanted to buy, even though I had a very good experience with the store. I’ll definitely recommend it to others.
