Jani, I think that's her name the store .manager today 25th August 2025 at approx.12pm. Was not helpful at all, her mannerisms were disgusting 😒 I will not return

I visited the epping store yesterday we were served by an amazing employ by the name Jasmina i requested a pair of hokas and they were so comfy but tight amazing Jasmina suggested to order for me a wide shoe they arrived next day thank you Jasmina your customer service is exceptional and beyond its extremelly difficult to find shoes that fit me proberly thank you again
Had a great experience today with Lahni who gave me lots of great information and options for comfortable shoes for being a retail worker myself and assessing my feet. Excellent customer service, I'm only annoyed at myself for not coming to Athlete's Foot earlier! Thanks Lahni, from one retail worker to another, I hope you enjoy reading a positive review
