She measured my feet, assessed my gait, and brought out five or six different shoe styles for me to try. She talked me through the pros and cons of each option and made the whole process easy and informative. I ultimately purchased a completely different brand of shoe—something I didn’t expect as a loyal ASICS customer of more than 25 years. My friend and I came in looking for running shoes, but unfortunately they didn’t have the sizes we needed. Kevin was in charge and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.
