Racist management ruining the brand's reputation. Refused to take a voucher I received to return a wrecked Brooks shoes and buy a new one and accused me that I am getting double paid for it (I am a 10 years customer with them). 4 people working and no one offered to help me. Was probably sat there for 10 minutes. When I asked one of the staff to help he appeared annoyed. Went next door to rebel and got help with a smile too
Exceptional expertise and patience from the store manager Michael for a complex fitting which required orthotics and foot braces.
Twice I have visited this store and both times I have been ignored or not offered any assistance. All I want to do is spend money to buy some pairs of shoes. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Don’t waste your time honestly.
Brilliant customer service at this shop! I went in to buy a shoe and also get my fit checked out. The staff immediately knew what profile my legs and feet were and gave me a very good recommendation that was instantly snug and matched my description. Will definitely be back if I need more shoes. Thankfully they made me aware that there was a promotion going on and ended up saving extra money.
