Sales assistant gave me a wrong size shoe (one was correct and the other was a whole size bigger). When I contacted the store they said it had been too long to do anything about. I understand that it had been a significant amount of time but I would have thought the store would have taken more responsibility for such a blatant error on their behalf.
Went to get some insoles and Olivia was so helpful took the time to make sure I got the right ones thanks for the fantastic service
