Julie at Cockburn’s Athlete’s Foot is amazing. These days and age, you don’t get personalised assistance and fitting with shoes anymore. Julie helped my wife with finding the most suitable work shoes for her very specific requirements.
Went into athlete’s foot yesterday with every intention of buying a pair of Hoka’s I was served by a young girl who was helpful but not that helpful. I found a pair but needed a size up as I’m usually a 10. I felt like if I asked more questions I was putting her out . I left and found my size at athletes foot in Booragoon. I was extremely happy with the service there !

Sales assistant gave me a wrong size shoe (one was correct and the other was a whole size bigger). When I contacted the store they said it had been too long to do anything about. I understand that it had been a significant amount of time but I would have thought the store would have taken more responsibility for such a blatant error on their behalf.
