Went into the store today and the young woman couldn't have been less interested in my requirements. After bringing one pair of shoes she wandered off and then left for lunch and because I had noticed her leaving, she told me someone else would now help me. Had to then run through the whole story again. This time 3 pairs of shoes were delivered but the guy again wandered off, got approached by someone else and I was just left to it while the new person was served. Had the pleasure of being helped by Katie ☺️ From her assistance on the phone to the time she spent with me in store, I couldn’t fault her customer service. I was looking for my first ever pair of proper running shoes and she was knowledgeable and patient with allllll the questions I had for her. It’s not often that I’ve been served by genuinely happy people in retail and it was such a nice change! I hope your manager sees this Katie because you deserve the recognition (and maybe a bonus! ).
Did a click and collect and honestly just wanted to be in and out of the store but the nice young lady on staff asked for me to try them on just in case and sure enough she was right!! I had ordered the wrong size in women’s sizing! Saved me the trip back. Appreciate your help Olivia (That was the name on the receipt) Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the products
Today I experienced exceptional service in Perth! I have been visiting shoe shops for past 15 years, but Saada’s service was extraordinary. She wasn’t pushy at all, she cared to give accurate information and took time to find the right pair for me. Thanks for the service and your patience. She gave right sizing my feet, various options for support shoes and honest recommendation based on my foot size. She also told me about inserts which I can use for my flat foot. Thanks once again.
