I bought a shoes from them , I told staff I am after slip resistant shoes. They gave me a pair saying it’s slip resistant, I was working according to them then I had a fall. Later on I called in store that what can I do now , they refused to change them By saying these shoes just help in slipping but don’t completely protect. If it is like this then what is the purpose of spending so much money on faulty products.
Sam was really great today. First time coming to this store and he was super friendly and answered all my questions. I walked out with a fresh pair of runners. Thanks again.
