Very rude staff Price was not match with online I went there for exchange size with in 24 hour They don’t have my colour so they asked ..are you happy with different colour I said all good then they asking for extra money $40 what? Never ever gonna use this store…
I visited the store to try on just one pair of shoes to see how they felt on my feet. A staff member helped measure my foot and initially seemed helpful. However, when I said I wanted to think about it before making a purchase, his attitude changed. He responded rudely, saying, “Oh, so you came here not planning to buy anything at all?” This is not the kind of customer service I expect from an athletic store. Excellent service by friendly staff.
11/9/25 - This is my second excellent review for athletes foot in chatswood. This time we were served by Agustin who displayed professionalism, technical knowledge and patience way way beyond his youthful years. So much so that Agustin totally outshone a more mature salesperson from a rival retail shoe store close to Athletes Foot. Agustin really knew his shores and the needs of his customers.
