We had such a great experience at Athlete’s Foot thanks to Alice! She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Alice helped us with sizing and brought out four different pairs of shoes to try without hesitation. She was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to explain the differences between each pair clearly and confidently. It’s rare to see such genuine care and professionalism, especially from someone so young. Alice made the whole process easy and enjoyable — she’s a real credit to the team. Thank you, Alice!

I really felt compelled to provide excellent customer service feedback for Jacob (Athletes Foot Chatswood) who is the ultimate professional and at such a young age. Yesterday (8/04/25) we bought a pair of shoes (not tried on as daughter at school) that can be used for hiking (has hiking grip sole) as my daughter was going on school camp the next day.
