Came in Saturday, was immediately helped by Chelsea, she was so lovely and so helpful + gave honest and great advice on which shoes to buy :)

Very bad service. I ordered 2 shoes from Athletes online and chosen click collect option. I waited for more than 4 days. I got an email asking to pick up my order from Athletes store in Charlestown. We went there to pick up. At the end they said they don’t have our order. Waste of my time and money. Won’t buy items via online from this store in the future. Waiting for refund now.
We walked into Charlestown Square needing last minute school shoes and was met with a massive smile from Trudie, she was absolutely brilliant. My teenage daughter is very Fussy and Trudie had her sorted in no time. Explained everything, she went above and beyond. Amazing customer service nothing was an issue and she sorted us out with school shoes and the best part was my daughter was happy!! She was amazing.
