Earlier this week I was helped by Ruben and Justin and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. I work in customer service myself and despite their being only two people working, and a group of customers, they managed to multitask and make me feel welcome by finding the perfect fit for me. I wanted to try the New Balance Rebel V5 and they brought out every colour they had in my size to make it easier for me to choose. Thanks so much guys, really appreciate it and I commend your fantastic service :)
Had a wonderful experience at this store, I spent the whole day trying shoes in multiple stores and this one had the best deal on the Hoka shoes. They decided to put them on Sale before the other stores and they brought out all the colors in my size for me to try out even though I got there 10 minutes before closing time. Justin was especially helpful in helping us choose the best shoes and patient with us while we tried a bunch of them, I’m impressed with so much variety in colors, they seemed well stocked.
We came to store to buy shoes, they said they dont have the color that we wanted and said he can place order online but in the same breath mentioned that you can do it yourself online. However once delivered shoes didnt fit well and when we went to store to return they refused to return online purchase
Very disappointing experience at Athlete’s Foot. I went in with my mum who was told by her podiatrist to get Hokas to help with her arthritis, as she also plays netball. The staff member was extremely rude and dismissive, insisting she shouldn’t buy them even after she explained her medical reason. He gave snarky replies to simple questions like what colours were available and made us feel uncomfortable.
