I was told by every sales girl in this store to buy half size extra. I bought Brooks pair listing to them but disappointed now shoe is broken due to bending in the front of the shoe when walking. This started after few months. But spending $250.00 I still use it. When I went back and asked why you do this the answer was ‘ we have been instructed so’ I reckon it is wrong instructions to sales misleading customers. Earlier this week I was helped by Ruben and Justin and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. I work in customer service myself and despite their being only two people working, and a group of customers, they managed to multitask and make me feel welcome by finding the perfect fit for me. I wanted to try the New Balance Rebel V5 and they brought out every colour they had in my size to make it easier for me to choose.
