I was served by Ben and as someone who really hates shoe shopping, he made the process pleasant and comfortable for me. I explained what i was buying shoes for (new work shoes) and what i generally prefer in a shoe and he matched my preferences beautifully. I would definitely buy shoes again from here.
Have bought several times from Athletes foot and the staff have always been really helpful. Today I was served by Ryan and he was really patient and enthusiastic, helping me find the perfect colour and fit!
It's a really amazing experience. Got a prob for my feet, and Carter (the staff) really goes above and beyond to help test my feet condition. Got a really comprehensive report and perfect pair of shoes recommendation. Amazing service 👏
Worst experience in this store today with female staff member just so unhelpful. If you don’t want to help people buy shoes then don’t work in a shoe shop.
