It's a really amazing experience. Got a prob for my feet, and Carter (the staff) really goes above and beyond to help test my feet condition. Got a really comprehensive report and perfect pair of shoes recommendation. Amazing service 👏
Worst experience in this store today with female staff member just so unhelpful. If you don’t want to help people buy shoes then don’t work in a shoe shop.

She was so lovely and patient, helping me try on around 10 different pairs of shoes to make sure I found the perfect fit. I had a great experience. The staff, Carter and Xavier, were extremely accommodating and were both clearly putting a lot of thought into what was the best shoe for me. They were very helpful.
