I would like to send praise to an employee at the Capalaba store. Her name was Mia she went above and beyond with patience, helpfulness and compassion for my sister who has a disability and can be quite difficult.
I came into the Capalaba store today to look for some work shoes and was assisted by a young man named Adrian. He was extremely helpful and provided impeccable customer service. Very happy with my purchase and the way in which I was treated. This is what brings people back as return customers. Well done Adrian.

Customer service staff were very polite and well behaved
I came in to talk to someone in regards to my very painful feet. Lachlan was excellent and gave me different options with no pressure and allowed me to try on different shoe types as well as some inserts. He was able to map my feet and my movements with his scanner which helped a lot with his recommendations.
