Customer service staff were very polite and well behaved
I came in to talk to someone in regards to my very painful feet. Lachlan was excellent and gave me different options with no pressure and allowed me to try on different shoe types as well as some inserts. He was able to map my feet and my movements with his scanner which helped a lot with his recommendations. A few days later I went in to purchase and even thou they had no stock he was able to assist me in getting the shoe that he had recommended. I can not recommend him and his knowledge highly enough.
