The service my partner and I received today was exceptional. I can't remember her name, but we were served by a tall blonde girl. She sized my partner and grabbed a range of shoes to check the fit. She was very knowledgeable, very patient and very friendly and professional. It was a very busy day today but she took her time and ensured we were happy. It's service like this that will ensure we spend our money here again next time.
Big shout out to Declan the store manager of this branch who went above and beyond with customer service. I walked in with an issue I had involving a completely different store in Sydney, but Declan still found a solution for me like a true professional. The team at this store are legendary!
I had a great experience with Josh, he was very knowledgeable and helpful while I was trying on multiple different shoes and sizes. He was very patient and professional and I’m very happy with my experience and purchase !
