Went into the store to ask about a particular shoe that was on the website, Pearce was unable to help me. Apparently they are unable to check their system for stock! I left confused and remembered why I usually avoid this store.
We had a great time shopping here. Elle was so helpful and knowledgeable and spent so much time with us helping us pick the right shoes for my husband. Thank you!
I visited The Athlete’s Foot at Canberra Centre yesterday after work specifically to see and try the On Cloudmonster 3 before purchasing. I had been told by another store that this location had the shoe available, which was the reason I made the trip into the store. Walked into the store and browsed the shoes for some time. Was wondering where the workers were so I could try on shoes, until I saw a group of them huddled in the corner talking to each other. A couple of them saw me looking and just ignored me. Was considering walking out until someone finally left the group and decided to assist me.
Went friday night and got fitted/helped by Saskia who was absolutely amazing! Was respectful of my budget and took all my considerations into account while recommending me a work/life shoe :)) would absolutely recommend <3
