Truthfully, my recent experience at Burnside TAF was nothing short of amazing. I went in to get a new pair of runners / walking shoes. The foot assessment and evaluation process was terrific, the shoes I purchased are just so very comfortable. Stanley served me and his customer focus was nothing short of exemplary. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. Well done guys you've set the bar so very high for all shops. Thank you 😊
Zac from this store went above and beyond. Never have I met a more patient, engaging and knowledgeable staff member. In the short time I spent with Zac I felt a strong shoe-based bond form. I know he's got my back and I've definitely got his. Really appreciate his amazing work. I'll definitely be back!
I would like to share my disappointment regarding the service I experienced at your store. My family and I were waiting at the service desk for assistance, but none of the staff acknowledged us. They walked past without eye contact or greeting, and despite waiting, we received no help. We eventually decided to leave without purchasing the shoes we had selected.
