Having rheumatoid arthritis i wanted a good pair of shoes for walking for an upcoming trip. From the moment I walked in chris was nothing but helpful. Never once did he make me feel rushed or pushed and I tried on different style of shoes to I found the right one which he said you will try on the perfect shoe and just know its the one. Thank you Chris see you after our holiday for another pair of Archie's with my $30 voucher when I can decide what colour i want to add to my collection.
Went in today needing 2 pairs for 2 different uses. Already had my eyes set on one pair but was clueless for running shoes. Was served by Frank and what an absolute legend he is! Polite, professional and knowledgeable. Best service I've received at a shop in years. I didnt get the managers name with the short beard but he was awesome too. What a good shop they run there. Head office should be proud as well as the team at the store!
40 mins to tell me they had nothing in my size and don’t clean the bare-foot measuring device between customers. I see why it’s called Athletes Foot.
