I went in for the 3d scan at the Bundaberg 4670 store to get black work shoes I work shed construction and didn't realize how much goes into a proper shoe fitting for your individual foot. After some research on what shoes were best for my needs I went to athlete’s foot to purchase these shoes. I told the young female assistant that served me the brand and model of the shoes I wanted but instead of just picking the shoes of the shelf and selling them to me for a quick sale she made sure those shoes were suitable for my foot profile. I appreciate the effort put in to make sure my purchase was the correct one. Thank you.
I would like to thank James and Chris for taking the time to work out my shoes. James assistance from the start was calm and confident, even though he has just started and told me that. The service in this store is great. I had to try on many different shoes for my feet and when I was about to give up. Chris and James found the perfect shoes. I do recommend doing the professional fit because I learnt a lot how I walk.
