My first buying experience at this store was with two young sales assistants - they were EXTREMELY understanding and helpful, I have wide feet (4E) and high arches, and had just started with orthotics. They were great and I bought a pair of New Balance. And ordered another pair, but a different model. The new sneakers arrived quickly, but after two weeks I found they were just VERY difficult to get in to with my high arches. Terrible service from 2 stores within 24 hours If a customer walks into your store and asks for a specific size, brand and model of shoe and that it has been recommended by a professional to assist manage a foot condition - why do they need to do a ‘ fit check’ and confirm they are a member only to then ask them what shoe they wanted I am beyond disappointed with athletes foot customer service - I was prepared to spend $100 in your stores today but I can’t get the shoes I need brought out to try on
Dante was very friendly and knowledgeable with myself and my mum’s fittings this afternoon. We are both very happy with our new runners and learnt a lot about our walking/running styles on this late afternoon shopping trip (and on an Easter Saturday)!
