I recently bought 2 pairs of shoes and was fortunate enough to be served by Steve. His knowledge and service was excellent. He knew exactly what I was looking for and what would best suit my lifestyle. Old fashioned service I could not fault. I can not recommend Athletes Foot, Bondi Junction highly enough.
I was recently in the store at their new location. Service was nonexistent and I was walking around holding shoes with no one coming to help me. I ended up just leaving. The store layout was confusing with the same shoe in the natural, race and supportive shelf.
Two visits. Twice went home happy. Good staff.
Disgusting marketing tactic. Whoever thought it was a good idea to stick fake “penalty notices” on people’s cars should seriously rethink their approach. It’s not clever, it’s not funny — it’s just plain irritating. These things leave sticky marks behind and make it look like you’ve been fined. Why would any business think this is acceptable? Honestly, I hope people stop supporting shops that pull stunts like this. You don’t win customers by tricking and annoying them.
Excellent service and knowledge on what type of running trainers I needed, thank you to Josephine for helping me, she was amazing and so friendly.
