I walked in to buy new work shoes, as a guaranteed sale. I walked out with nothing due to waiting 10 minutes for a size to try, and then wasn’t brought the shoes I asked for. The sales person “thought they would be better than the ones I wanted”. Having been a customer of the Athlete’s Foot for 20 years, I’m aware of what my feet and body need for long shifts.

This was my first fitting for running shoes and I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge. The patience and genuine care shown by Jenni and other staff made it a pleasure to shop (and I hate shopping!).
