I went in to return a pair a shoes that started falling apart after less than 3 months of wear. i went in and they said they could not deal with it because the manager wasn't there that day. They took photos and said the manager would call me tomorrow morning when they are in. I ended up calling the store at 1:45PM as i had heard nothing.
