Was sent into Athletes foot Karrinyup, by my physio to get the right shoes, was sized up and got the perfect pair of shoes from Destiny who was very professional and I really felt I was getting the perfect shoes thank you Colleen
went to look for new pair of shoes and was trying to ask the blonde with her hair down for help, she just walked past even though she saw me and ignored me. asked another one for help, didnt even offer recommendations, just stayed stood behind the counter while the other one was playing around. could get much better service and much better shoes at the other shops around karrinyup.
I bought a voucher for my son and explicitly told him to go to Karrinyup as I have always had incredible service. Over a few years I have bought shoes for me, my partner and my mother-in-law, and have awards loved this store. Unfortunately my son didn’t have the same experience. Him and his partner were the only customers in the store with three staff members. It took a long time for a staff member to approach them and when they did they were not helpful. Great idea and I found it very helpful for my pregnant wife as finding specific shoes for special times can be tricky and these guys aced it - I feel like I could ask for more, bigger shop, better experience - I appreicate this is a sneaker shop but then it is different and we normally pay full price here.
