Unfortunately 4 staff can't serve 3 people waited 10 minutes and left considering I was standing at counter with goods ready to pay.....give it a miss
Just wanted to share a quick note on my experience with Michael at Athlete’s Foot Karrinyup this past Thursday! He was so patient with me and all my questions, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable with my choice. Even though they didn’t have the sneakers I needed in a wide fit, he went the extra mile by writing down all the details on a sticky note so I could easily order them online from home. Such a kind and thoughtful service — I couldn’t have asked for better!
Michael was very helpful and found me the best fitting shoes. 👍🏻

She took the time to understand what I needed and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. On top of that, she also helped me sign up for a membership and explained all the benefits clearly. Absolutely amazing experience at The Athlete’s Foot Karrinyup! I was served by Nat and Kiera, both of whom were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole process. All the staff were great — super welcoming and professional. The service was outstanding, and the product selection is huge. I ended up buying the HOKA Bondi 9s — already been out running by the coast in them and they feel incredible! Highly recommend this store if you're after quality footwear and excellent customer service.
