Pretty good fitting shoes. Would like it more if there was a self-service device to see which shoes are well-matching for somebody.
I had a wonderful experience at The Athlete’s Foot thanks to Nat. She was very friendly and patient. She took the time to understand what I needed. I appreciated how she explained the different options clearly and made sure I found the right fit. Nat is a Gem. Excellent customer service that made the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this store to anyone.
Unfortunately 4 staff can't serve 3 people waited 10 minutes and left considering I was standing at counter with goods ready to pay.....give it a miss
Just wanted to share a quick note on my experience with Michael at Athlete’s Foot Karrinyup this past Thursday! He was so patient with me and all my questions, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable with my choice. Even though they didn’t have the sneakers I needed in a wide fit, he went the extra mile by writing down all the details on a sticky note so I could easily order them online from home. Such a kind and thoughtful service — I couldn’t have asked for better!
Michael was very helpful and found me the best fitting shoes. 👍🏻
