I went in to return a pair a shoes that started falling apart after less than 3 months of wear. i went in and they said they could not deal with it because the manager wasn't there that day. They took photos and said the manager would call me tomorrow morning when they are in. I ended up calling the store at 1:45PM as i had heard nothing. I bought a pair a shoes and after wearing for 1 week the shoes got manufactured defect. When I went to return the shoes the girl who attended me was very friendly and professional. She easily replaced my shoes and suggested me to buy another brand shoe. I am very satisfied and happy with their service. I highly recommended to shop with them for buying shoes.
