Had a really great experience thanks to Lexi. I came in with ongoing foot discomfort and she took the time to actually listen, assess what was going on, and explain my options clearly. I came to look for shoes that I can comfortably use for long hours and do have flat feet issue, so when Jamie came to assist me I was really grateful because she was really helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and patient! Although due to boxing day sales, they didn't have the size I needed, Jamie still helped me check the stocks & give advices of alternatives I could do. Kudos to Jamie for helping me find the best shoes, hope to see you again next time! :)
Raph was so awesome and quite frankly inspiring today. He really took the time with me as a first timer buying gym shoes, he scanned my foot and gave me lots to try on! Was very stoked with the shoes we settled on! He was super helpful and supportive, and despite the place being super busy as Boxing Day, somehow he still made everyone feel looked after!
