Matilda was helpful and patient with the exchange process. She helped me try on different sizes of shoes. I am happy with the new pair of shoes, it is comfortable and has more room for my toes.
I showed up for my appointment at 2:30 on Sunday, but the place was closed. No one informed me ahead of time that it would be closed, and I wasn’t contacted to cancel or reschedule. I would’ve appreciated a heads-up.
If anyone needs help, go and see Jas! She was super helpful finding a suitable shoes for my needs. Showed plenty of options and explained benefits of each shoe. Thanks!
This shop needs more staff!
Disappointed with my experience at this store. I was served by Brooke, who made an error during the process and did not apologise or acknowledge the mistake. It wasted a lot of my time and left me frustrated. Her lack of customer service and disinterest in helping made it clear she may not be suited to a customer-facing role. I expected much better service and will be going to a different branch in the future.
