Came here on a very busy long weekend but was served very quickly by Stevie. She helped me find the right fit for my feet and gave me a few options to try on, so I could feel the difference between the different styles, sizes and brands. She was very helpful!
Went in to raise a warranty concern on a pair of GEL-NIMBUS 27s I bought from this store in October 2025. One pair wore out within 3 months while the second pair from the exact same purchase is still in good condition, which clearly points to a product issue rather than normal wear. I went there on 16th March 4 pm after a busy period at my workplace Jan-Feb, the staff member I spoke with(Tristy if I remember) immediately labelled it a product fault and then just... moved on. Brooke was so patient and kind. She helped both my mom and I find the best and most comfortable pair of shoes. She took a lot of time and effort and was incredible throughout the whole process. The athletes foot is very lucky to have her!!
Worst store? I waited for so long and nobody actually asked what I wanted. I was seeking for help, never visiting again
