Aaron was friendly and helpful when selecting school shoes. Checking the feet with fancy equipment and recommending a different inner sole for extra support. Resigned us up into their system. Good old fashioned customer service and care.

Had a wonderful experience with Jasmine! I explained that I have been struggling with blisters and she was very understanding. Went above and beyond to help me, analysed my foot, and pulled out different shoes for me to try. She was very kind and caring, even when I expressed that I wasn’t sure if I wanted to purchase something today. I was very happy with the purchase I made. Definitely some of the best and kindest customer experience. Thanks Jasmine for caring :)
Athlete’s Foot Chadstone has been opening late on numerous occasions throughout the week. While I understand there are opening procedures that need to be completed beforehand, staff are typically rostered time before trading hours to prepare. Consistently opening after the advertised time is not acceptable.
Had a great experience the other day in store. Both team members were helpful, patient and knowledgeable!
