I had a very positive recent experience at The Athlete’s Foot in Werribee, even though the store was extremely busy over the weekend. Service The service was professional, friendly, and patient. Despite the high volume of customers, the staff member who assisted me took her time, listened carefully to my needs, and ensured I did not feel rushed at any point. Visited the store during Black Friday sales recently, can’t speak highly enough for the sales assistant Tamara who helped me. She was throughly helpful and gave tips, kept calm whilst being short staffed (would recommend more staff to keep up with the demand) and made the experience that much enjoyable.
The five stars are for the two young men working on the Black Friday sales on their own. A full shop of people and they were trying to serve two people at a time. Zero stars for the manager who thought that was sufficient. Give them a well deserved pay rise!
