Werribee store can't be found and calling them doesn't help as no one answers the call. Edit after response --- I have been trying to call since a week now. No answer. Called just now. No answer. I also checked the address on Google maps and it isn't updated. The location has a Mecca store.
A huge massive thank you and commendation to Elle from Werribee. Her expertise in feet is perfect, sounds funny yes but I've been to a lot of Athlete Foot shops, Rebel, Foot Lockers, but she was the only one thus far who actually explained my feet in detail. Booked in for a fitting to see if my sizes had changed. The saleslady was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up with shoes slightly narrower but longer than those I'd ordered online and I'm very happy with them.
We had Rachel helping us in the Werribee store. She was very helpful and was helping to help guide our preference with her own experience. She asked great questions to help her understand and recommend what shoe would best suit our needs. Thank you Rachel!!
Walked by on Tuesday around lunchtime and decided to spontaneously buy shoes. The lady who was there at the time was so helpful, did the 3d test and talked me through some options. She left me feeling super happy with my decision to stop. Knowledgable and helpful
