I purchased some walking shoes two months ago, and they began to exhibit wear and tear. I went in to see if there was something that could be done and I was served by Xavier, who was incredibly helpful! I was able to organise a swap over to a different shoe thanks to him, and the entire affair took less than ten minutes. Highly recommend not only for the impressive knowledge of their sales folk but also for the prompt and excellent after sale service.
I was served by Karing yesterday and received amazing service. She was knowledgeable and engaging. After being diagnosed with a bulging disk in my back and having to change from being seated at work to standing beacuse of it (in terrible shoes) I knew I needed a good pair to support my feet and hopefully take some pressure off my back. Karina could relate and she helped me find a great pair of shoes, which have already made a huge difference.
My daughter was absolutely amazed at the service she received. She said the shoes she got were so comfortable and actually fit her feet perfectly.
I purchase a pair of New Balance 880 runners, the fitting process was very thorough and they had good stock of different sizes. Excellent runners recommend 💯 if you have a wide foot and like a cushioned under foot.
Had great customer service at the Loganholme store - Karina helped us find a running shoe for my daughter she went out of her way to find something that my daughter liked and was with in our budget. Will definitely go back. Happy customer
