The store has a policy to reserve Jordan’s. Purchase a T-shirt $25.00 or more to “reserve” your ticket. My daughter tells me the shirt is a final sale. The cost of the shirt is $37.00. I call the store because I didn’t quite understand if it is a “ticket” why do I need to make a purchase. I understand you are not forced to make the purchase but why is the store requiring you to purchase something you normally wouldn’t purchase and pay full price for Jordan’s. $37.00 + $190.00. In the end, you will pay $250.00 for a pair of Jordan’s. The manager says “Personally, I wouldn’t do it myself.” If the manager wouldn’t do it why am I required to do it? 🤔🤔

Horrible Customer Service – I went to this store the other day to buy me and my neice some shoes. The guy who worked there was on the phone obviously with one of his friends. When I tried to get his attention to see if they had a shoe in my size, he did not even want to get off the phone!! He was not friendly at all, and had horrible customer service!!

Editorial Review by Citysearch Editors – Athletic footwear from Nike, Adidas and more; most stores feature the FitPrint computer, which measures feet for the best fit.
