Great facility and massage. Easy to book, clean, and professional.
Colin is a very experienced massage therapist. He knows exactly where needs more work and what to do to release tensions in your joints. While he is working, he is very calm and focused. Every time I have a treatment with him, it’s like going through a little journey where you discover little signs of your body where things are not going well. The treatments make me feel more aware of my body and make me think what I could do better on a daily basis. I look forward to having treatment again with him.
The Athlete Reset has provided me a boost to my overall well-being. The team has been great to work with, would highly recommend!
I had a massage with Colin. He was friendly and professional. He did a wonderful job of kneading out my tight muscles after discussing the reason for my visit. I left feeling very relaxed and without any muscle tightness anywhere on my body. This was more of a therapeutic experience, which was exactly what I required. I am sure he can adjust his technique if a more relaxing type of massage is desired. Would highly recommend. Thx Colin.
I had a massage by Prerna last week, a new RMT at Athlete Reset. The massage was incredible! I went in with a sore shoulder and hip - and Prerna worked her magic - the pain subsided! She is very thorough and knowledgeable. As to the clinic, I felt very comfortable in the space. Well done Athlete Reset! Can't wait for my next appointment with Prerna.
