I had my first massage at The Athlete Reset with Prerna Deshpande, RMT, and I had an excellent experience. She was attentive, professional, and very skilled. She listened carefully to my concerns, followed my instructions, and adjusted the pressure exactly when needed. I never felt rushed, ignored, or uncomfortable. I left feeling much lighter, less tense, and genuinely better than when I walked in. I am very happy with the treatment and would absolutely recommend her.

Had a deeply relaxing Indian head massage at the clinic. The therapist gave wonderful attention and pressure on the head. Some gentle face work at the end also cleared tension around the glands. I left feeling lighter and refreshed.
