The Athlete House is exactly what I’ve been looking for to help with lower back issues. Rather than a printed out piece of paper of generic exercises, David puts together specific plan to fit your personal needs. I now have exercises and a plan to work on throughout my life rather than a temporary band aid. Great work!

David at the Athlete House is the best PT you’ll find in Lexington and surrounding areas. I worked with David to resolve some lower back pain I had. He knew exactly what exercises I needed and how to go about it. I was quickly back to 100%. Highly recommend!
I saw David for an issue with my TFL. There’s not enough words to describe how good David is, not just a physical therapist but as a person as well. I found him through Google search looking for a sports minded physical therapist who would treat me like athlete with my issue and that was exactly what I got and I couldn’t be happier. My issue is resolved and I’m stronger too. He was worth the hour drive and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again.
David Aulick at the Athlete House is so awesome! I met him for PT while he finishing his PT degree at UK. He is so terrific and I never forgot him! When my knee started having an issue again, I tracked him down. The first week I was so excited already, such a major difference!!! I hope to continue on until I can get back into athletic shape and I know he will get me there! He is the best, I recommend him to everyone needing a physical therapist!
