This place has been a mess for the last 6 months. The carpets have been ripped up for a long time and the residents have had to live in the unhealthy environment for way too long. They have had no normal way of enjoying the facilities and entertainment. The poor elderly residents have had to deal with the inconveniences and we feel horrible for them. The board of directors need to get to the top to get the construction job done asap.
The elderly abuse here is insane. Most of the people who work there only care about the pay and not the residents who rely on them. It's sick. You get into trouble or looked down upon for going an extra mile for the residents, people tell you to not report the staff because they need their jobs, what about the residents who need good care? It's ridiculous. Too many residents there with rashes because the staff refuse to clean them regularly. It's cruel and sad.
I would put minus 5 star's but it wouldn't let me....I worked here years ago as a PSA . Frist they had a lady fall in the shower and left her all night. She ended up with a broken ribs and a puntched lung and I got in trouble for calling an ambulance . Then they ordered us not to feed a lady and let her starve to death days later and she wasn't the only one that they treated like that.......No no no thanks I would rather be taken out in the woods with a shot gun if it gets too that.
