The Lab's chocolates were extremely disappointing compared to those from other local chocolate shops. In 2017, I received Valentine's Day chocolates from my boyfriend of 6 years. We both agreed the actual chocolate was very poor. When you bite into any of the truffles, the chocolate exterior breaks into hard shards. There is no soft bite to these chocolates, no luxurious melt-in-your-mouth feeling. Lisa makes amazing truffles and other chocolate dipped treats. I give them as closing gifts to my clients. They always remark on how wonderful they taste. You can also have chocolate fondu at her shop. Stop in and see her. You won't regret it and you'll make a new friend.
