Lets start with if I could give 0 stars I would! For Context we went in early January and we are now late May and owner took our money and did not give us our artwork of almost $150. Total lack of professionalism since first encounter, owner is extremely rude. We selected/painted/paid for our art pieces and were told we would get a call at 2 weeks mark for pick up. Door locked despite being advertised as opened, still charged the reservation fee and does not answer phone calls. Very disappointed. (This was a couple weeks ago, I attempted 3 calls atleast to get this figured out and they did not answer even 1)

Had a great experience here! The owner was super nice and helpful, he was really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions I asked as I was painting to help my piece come out well. He was also just personable and fun to talk to, and very accommodating to my friend and me, even offered to change the music if we didn’t like it. Definitely my new go to pottery place.
I am not one to write reviews. But how this business runs is unacceptable in my opinion. The space itself it’s cute but the overall experience with this place has left me disappointed! My partner and I had an appointment on Valentine’s Day and our experience was mid. First we barely were given any direction around how they operated or how things worked.
