Miss Vanessa is super nice to the kids and parents and our son has been loving it. The crafts and projects also are fun and great.
The people running the studio when we went on a Saturday were so helpful and kind. We had a lot of anxiety about doing an art project or mosaic from scratch, but they all turned out so beautiful. The woman who helped us was so encouraging and gave us plenty of creative space, but still came to our aid when we needed it. I ended up making a fused glass piece in honor of my soul mate fur baby who passed, and it turned out beautifully. We will definitely be going back again to take some of the classes offered here!!
An absolute GEM of an art studio!! Adult pottery classes, drop in days with kiddos to paint, and Summer camp fun for the kids!! Wish I could give 10 stars to Vanessa & her incredible Art studio!! So grateful to have this in our community!!
We visited the studio today and had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and made sure there was space for everyone, even though they were busy. They took the time to explain the process to us, and it was clearly noted on our receipt that our pieces would be ready for pickup in a week—no phone call needed, which I actually appreciate because I can just set a reminder. Wow — after reading a lower starred review, we honestly had to do a double take. Our experiences at this studio have been completely different from what you described. The owner is one of the kindest and most patient people we’ve met — especially with children. She’s always gone above and beyond to make our visits smooth and enjoyable. My kids absolutely adore her, and it’s one of the few places we feel welcomed and encouraged to create freely.
