Schedule: Came 2 hours late. Efficiency: Took 8+ hours to move a studio apartment (90% of boxes were already pre-packed n ready to load for them). 🤦 Personality: Francis was rude and defensive. - When asked about why taking this long his response was “you don’t tell me how to do my job” - When asked about damages on my table #1 his response was “there’s a marker you can buy from Amazon to paint over the scratches” - Response for damaging table #2 his response was “there’s a glue I can buy from Home Depot”
After I paid my deposit my phone call was never answered even on the day that they were supposed to come to help with moving.
i will try to keep this short. this was a horrible experience from start to finish. definitely not a professional moving company. a 5 to 6 hour move end up being 12 hours. i do not recommend them at all. save yourself the trouble and go through a legit company and pay the extra money. they did not have the proper tools to disassemble beds and reassemble them.(we had to borrow a power drill from maintenance people in the building) it was not even a company truck used for the move, it was rented budget truck(that was not big e... read more
